01 · QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Implementing the ISO 9001 Quality Management System

CEB supported Beia Cercetare in developing and implementing a quality management system aligned with ISO 9001:2015, tailored to the company’s telecommunications activities, service delivery processes and organizational responsibilities.

The work began with a detailed review of how projects, technical services and support activities were planned, delivered and monitored. CEB helped map the interaction between these processes, identify their required inputs and outputs, assign clear ownership and determine the records needed to demonstrate consistent operation.

Based on this assessment, CEB worked with the company to establish practical procedures, quality objectives, performance indicators and methods for addressing risks, nonconformities and corrective actions. The resulting framework strengthened internal coordination, supported more consistent customer outcomes and prepared Beia Cercetare for internal review and independent certification.
