Our Certification & Compliance Process
For over two decades, CEB has guided organizations through certification and compliance using a clear, practical four-step process.
Step 1 - Strategic Discovery Call
- We identify the standards or regulatory requirements relevant to your organization, products, and target markets.
- We assess your current position, define the project scope, and determine the information, testing, and documentation required.
- Based on the findings, we prepare a tailored proposal and recommend appropriately accredited laboratories and certification bodies where needed.
Step 2 - Partner Selection & Project Setup
- Based on our recommendations, you select the laboratory and certification body that best fit your technical requirements, timeline, and budget.
- We coordinate with the selected partners to clarify requirements, costs, responsibilities, and project milestones.
- Once the scope is agreed, the relevant parties enter into separate agreements and the implementation phase begins.
Step 3 - On-Site Consultancy & Documentation Development
- We visit your facility to evaluate production workflows, material control, storage practices, existing documentation, and staff responsibilities.
- We identify gaps and work with your team to align operational processes with the applicable requirements.
- We develop the required documentation, compile the certification or technical dossier, and support its submission when necessary.
Step 4 - Audit & Certification
- Once implementation and documentation are ready, the relevant independent body conducts the required audit, inspection, or assessment.
- CEB supports your team throughout the assessment and helps address any findings or nonconformities identified.
- The independent body makes the final certification or approval decision after verifying that the applicable requirements have been met.
